Sisola Specialty Coffee as a processor purchase freshly picked, ripe cherry from dozens of families in the Tolajuk Village, each of which own and maintain just a few hectares of coffee farm, with “old typica and Lini S” coffee variety. Located at an altitude 1.350 msal in latimojong mountain, tolajuk village, south sulawesi province.
They are processing this coffee with natural classic, All of our coffee is hand sorted at multiple stages, draying on rised beds for 24 – 36 days.
